To my loving wife and best friend, the last words we spoke to each other were ” I love you”. And I told you, its not goodbye its I will see you later, cause I know that she is in the presence of God.

Kim will be missed by so many. A dear friend that’s been more like my sister, meeting when Jess & Leigh Ann were in kindergarten. She was there helping me at every wedding, baby shower or whatever was happening to celebrate our family milestones. So many wonderful memories throughout the years. You are healed now and well & I’ll be seeing you. Save my place 💕

Kim was another sister Margaret. One of my best friends even though she was my first cousin. We grew up together always getting together at mawbooes . Our children were 6 weeks apart in age. Whenever one of us called each other we were on phone for over an hour catching up. She was such a special soul inside and out. You will be loved and missed til we meet again. We love you steve and leighann and special little brooklyn and Joel. Take care of each other like kim would want you too. She loved her family more than life itself. She knows she will be in heaven and rejoicing with all the family especially Kyle and margaret.

You never know when you’re going to meet someone and leave an impression on their hearts with your kindness. Kim left hers on my heart when I was a preteen and visiting her mother in law with my grandma. She gave me her undivided attention and asked me lots of questions and made me feel special. She was so kind and sweet. I remembered! I saw her a couple times after that at funerals and such but she was always sweet and kind and caring. We started talking on Facebook after my grandma passed, and she was so sweet and caring. She spoke highly of my grandma (Ma Ma) and said she hoped her granddaughter loved her like I loved my Ma Ma and she does!!! She spoke highly of her family! I’m so sorry for the loss of this sweet lady! I’m praying for peace and comfort for the family and I know she was greeted by all that loved her already in Heaven!

    Steve and Leigh Ann,

The loss of a loved one is hard to bear, especially for a daughter or son, but as you say she is at her new home with that beautiful smile that she always wore and without pain. Kim was a one of a kind she never meant a stranger, she would always go out of her way to help someone, she loved her family. Her greatest loss here on earth was her son Kyle but now they are together again. You will be missed by your family and your many friends.

Kim was not only a wonderful person but also a terrific cousin and friend. She was only 8 months older than me and never let me forget it when we were growing up. Of course, I got my revenge rubbing it in that I was the youngest when we grew up! She was a special light for all of us, and we will miss her so much, but we are happy that she isn’t suffering anymore and know that she is happy in heaven now. My thoughts and prayers are with Steve, Leigh Ann, Brooklyn and Joel. She loves you all so much. Love, Karen

Kim was one of those genuine people that would light up a room. She was so down to earth and made being nice look so easy. Her smile would draw you in and you would find yourself talking for over an hour. All of the sudden she would say, I told the family that I would be home with their food. I miss her so much but I am glad that she is no longer in pain. Love to all of the family.

So sorry Steve to hear of Kim’s passing. Even though I had not talked to her since y’all moved to NC…I thought about her often and will always remember our days from 1st grade through 12th grade! Riding around in her baby blue Mustang and watching Friday night wrestling on TV with her Dad! Prayers for all the family. Lori Toler Holle

Words cannot express the loss I am sure You Steve and Leigh Ann are feeling during this time. Kim was more than a friend, or a coworker. Without Kim I do not think I would have been able to have been successful as an Area Manager. She gave so much of herself to our team and all of the techs she worked with. But more than this she was a Sister in Christ an I know she is sitting with Jesus today. She will be missed!
