Thomas Collins Pritchett

Thomas Collins Pritchett, 80, of Lexington, North Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at his home surrounded by his family.
Thomas was born on May 13, 1945, in Guilford County, North Carolina, to the late Ivey Collins Pritchett and Kathleen Dehart Pritchett.
In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by his daughter, Tammy Hazzard; two sisters, Janet Pruitt, Debbie Polen; one brother, Ivey Pritchett Jr; and one great-grandson, Fisher Irby.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Annie Ruth McGee Pritchett; two sons, Dennis Ray Pritchett (Sherry), Marty Pritchett; daughter, Becky Irby (David); five brothers, Danny Lee, Randy, John, James, Scotty Dean Pritchett; three sisters, Irene Lankford, Mary Beeson Rodgers, Darlene Sparks; twelve grandchildren, Dustin, Joshua, and Caleb Irby; Tanner, Tyler, and Spencer Pritchett; Cody and Justin Lanning; Brianna Hazzard; Chris and Candace Motts; and Dakota Joyce; and seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 2:00pm at True Worship Church, 15 East Salisbury Street, Denton, NC 27239.
