Daniela Jessica Faith Lanier, 38, of Denton, North Carolina, passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at home with her family by her side.
Daniela was born on May 1, 1987, in Davidson County, North Carolina, to Gary Lee Lanier Jr. and Laura Isabella Selina Thornhill Lanier.
In addition to her parents, Daniela is survived by her daughter, Madison Leigh Smith; and her sister, Jamie Rogers (Jason).
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 12:00pm at Affordable Funerals and Cremations Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 11:00am to 12:00pm.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Hospice of Davidson County.
