Kathy Lee Siceloff Bowen

Kathy Lee Siceloff Bowen, 75, sleeps peacefully while Jesus prepares a new home for her in Heaven. Surrounded by family, she took her last breath on Sunday, February 22, 2026, following a brief illness. She resided at 435 Fanjoy Road, Statesville, with the love of her life, husband, Randall Dale Bowen.
Kathy was born on April 8, 1950, to the late Owen Franklin Siceloff and Lois Rowena McLellan Parker. She has been a loyal member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church of Statesville since 1999.
She was the co-owner of Glamour Exposure Studios in Statesville, NC, for many years.
She was an amazing woman, loved by everyone. She was always the first person to welcome you into her home with open arms and a listening, unjudging ear. She will be desperately missed by anyone who knew her.
Kathy is survived by her husband, Randall Dale Bowen; daughters, Anna Michelle White (Joe) Bowen, Catherine Elizabeth White (James) Powell, Barbara Ella White Curtis, Wendi Phelan Bowen (Rex) Eure, Danell Kathryn-Dale Bowen Cleary, and son’s, Jimi Dale (Anne) Bowen, Christopher Randal Dale Bowen; 20 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at 3:00 p.m., with funeral services to follow at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, February 28, 206, at Statesville Seventh-day Adventist Church (2429 E. Broad Street, Statesville, NC 28625), officiated by Pastor Ron Davis and Pastor Phillip Roberts.
