Roman Carter Hemphill

Infant, Roman Carter Hemphill, passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at Thomasville Medical Center.
Roman was preceded in death by his great-grandmothers, Delores Bowles and Carolyn Miller; great-grandfathers, James Barnes and Mickey Bowles; and two cousins, Chloe Hemphill and Albert Hemphill V.
Survivors include his parents, Austin and Brittany Hemphill; his brother, Ryland Ace Hemphill; grandparents, Charlotte Boggs, Tammy Miller, and Al Hemphill III; great-grandparents, Diane Barnes, Patricia Brewer, Anna Phillips, Raymond David Miller Sr., and Albert Hemphill Sr.; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members who loved Roman deeply.
The family will have a memorial gathering on Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 12:00pm to 2:00pm at Affordable Funerals and Cremations Chapel.

My prayers are with you thru this hard time I pray that one day you find peace and comfort knowing he’s in gods hands 🙌 and will always be watching over yall i love you guys more than you know and thank you for allowing me to walk this road with you

Baby Roman even though u didn’t have a heart beat or even took a breath u made a big impact on everyone’s life that seen u the day this tragedy happen. We love n miss u so much. My prayers r going to ur mommy n daddy n big brother. Love always ur mommy mom-mom

Baby Roman we was looking forward to see you grow up ,and couldn’t wait to get to meet you and spoil you like l did your brother l don’t have that chance now because God needed another precious angel, watch over your mom and dad and your brother Ryland was so excited to have a baby brother he could play with but we will always love you and carry you in our hearts forever and miss you more than you can imagine.
