Obituary For Bertha Ellen Lumbra Friedmann

Bertha Ellen Lumbra Friedmann, 85, of Lexington, North Carolina, passed away at her home on Tuesday, March 25, 2025.

Bertha was born in Montgomery, Vermont, on August 12, 1939, to the late Lionel Lumbra and Dorothy Vincent Lumbra.

She was a member of Tyro Methodist Church and a volunteer for Meals On Wheels, for nineteen years.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings.

Survivors include her husband, Edward Ira Friedmann; three children, Jeffrey Friedmann (Amy), Carol Friedmann (Wayne), Daniel Friedmann (Shannon); four grandchildren, Chelsea, Alek, Rachel, Jobee; and four great grandchildren, Levi, Mazie, Charlee, Birdie.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
