  Mrs. Hale It is so hard to describe CJ to people who didn't know him. He was a bright part of each day I was around him. From sixth grade to his graduation day, he kept me entertained. He will be missed dearly by so many people. I am praying for strength and peace for Robbin, Wayne and the rest of the family.

  Cheryl Waisner Mrs. Waisner, I had the pleasure of substituting in CJ's classes a few times over the last couple of years, I wasn't sure how to take him at first, and then I realized he just wanted a friend, so we became friends!! He'd always breeze by my class when I was subbing at DCHS, and with a big smile, he'd said "Hi Mrs. Waisner!! Im so sorry for your loss, you are all in my thoughts and prayers!!

  Dylan Moore Cj was one of the reasons I even went to school at one point. He was there for everyone. And I was there whenever he needed me. I will remember every laugh, every joke, every good time we had. I treated cj like a little brother, he was truly loved by everyone. And to Cjs family, thank you for letting me be around in his life. He was an amazing person inside and out.

  Ms. Charles CJ was always on the move, roaming where he pleased, taking bites out of things he shouldn't, and leaving behind a trail of laughter everywhere he went. He had a way of making everyone smile, even as we shook our heads at his antics. CJ's spirit was full of mischief and joy, and that's exactly how we'll remember him. My thoughts are with all who loved him. He will never be forgotten.

  Mrs. George CJ was an incredibly bright, talented, and funny person. He always wanted everyone around him to be smiling and laughing as much as he was, and brought a light-hearted joy into the everyday lives of staff and students alike. He was always asking for engaging book recommendations, and cared deeply for his pets, making sure that he was giving them the best care possible and sharing photos of them with us. It is rare to meet such a big-hearted and compassionate person, and I feel so lucky to have known him. He will be dearly, dearly missed.

  Mackenzee stewart Cj was such a sweet kid always coming in random classes making us laugh and he always made sure to make a stop in my lunch box to take all my snacks. It's never gonna be the same without you . Your gonna be missed sm rest easy sweet boy❤️

  Nick Owens I hand't known CJ for long, but when I did, he was the funniest person I knew, always cracking jokes, making references, or even if we're were sharing tips about guitar and some of our favorite songs, it always seemed to put a smile on my face. Being without you is so hard even though never spoke as much as I wished. I knew you wouldn't ever remember my name, so I was always just "The green haired one", but it never failed to make me happy. I hope my rat Remi is having fun playing with Mr. Nutts. Take good care of him for me. Miss you always, and forever thinking of you. I send my deepest condolences to the Hyskell family.
