Rachel Bodenhamer It's taken me a while to think of the right words for my Aunt Mary, and I still don't know if I have. I think that says something about how special she was. She had varied interests, was fiercely independent, and had a sense of humour I can relate to — absurdist and dry. Love doesn't end with loss. These things will carry forward through the rest of us. I'm so glad I get to call her my family.

Barbara Brink Bodenhamer Mary never forgot anything she ever read. She could tell you about a tree, a bug, a bird or animal if you had a question. She was helping a great-niece with Advanced Trigonometry homework while in her 50's. She loved hearing crows call and watching bluebirds leave the nest and seeing the first butterflies of spring. She could quote Shakespeare, Robert Frost and almost every line in "Monty Python and the Holy Grail." She was my little sister and I will miss her every day for the rest of my life. I'll catch up with you later, Sis.
