Michael E. Horne To my friend and fellow officer, I salute you. You were in the beginning of my law enforcement career and a friend that I could never forget. Though our work lives were partnered for just a few years. We made so many laughs, memories and stories we still tell. Some of which are better left untold. To bid you farewell would not be wise, I loved you brother, and I'll see you on the other side.
