Obituary For Pearl Reavis Grubb

Pearl Reavis Grubb, 83, of Lexington, North Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Pine Acres Nursing Home.

Pearl was born on May 3, 1942, in Yadkin County, North Carolina, to the late Silas Ervin Reavis and Elisha Watson Reavis.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her three sisters, Sue Booe (Jimmy), Doretha Johnson (Ralph), Shirley Melton (Bill); and four brothers, Sam Reavis, Glen Reavis, David Reavis, and Edward Reavis.

Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Irvin LaVon Grubb; two sons, Rick Grubb (Bing), Tim Grubb (Angie); one sister, Louise Jones (William); two grandchildren, Alex Grubb (Kaitlyn), Travis Grubb; one great-grandchild, Piper Grubb; three sisters-in-laws, Mary Reavis, Carol Reavis, Barbara Reavis; and many loving nephews and nieces.

The family will have a visitation at First Lutheran Church in Lexington, North Carolina, on Sunday, November 16, 2025, from 2:00pm to 3:00pm, with a memorial service to follow at the church at 3:00pm, with Pastor Matt Miller officiating.
