Obituary For Sandra Charles Spry

Sandra Allen Spry, 73, of Lexington, North Carolina, passed away on Monday, July 13, 2026, at Brookstone Retirement Home in Lexington, North Carolina.

Sandra was born on July 26, 1952, in Davidson County, North Carolina, to the late JD Allen and Olean Scates Allen.

She was a bus driver for the Davidson County and Forsyth County School Systems, where she took great pride in driving for the Special Education Students.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Spry; two sisters, Barbara Burkhart, Vicki Cross; and a step-son, Timothy Spry.

Survivors include her two daughters, Wendi Carter (Robbie), Beth Dennis (Larry);son, Charles Vernon Tucker; five grandchildren, Dale Carter, Alex Carter, Erin Cardwell, Cody Dennis; Luke Mclaren; and three great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
