Megan A. I'm a driver with Providence Transportation and Walter was one of my regulars. I'd pick him up regularly to take him to dialysis. He was hands down one of my favorite riders. Easily in the top 3. He was always in a good mood and had a smile on his face even when he was having a rough day. He made work a lot more brighter, and I'd always look forward to seeing him. He will truly be missed! Rest easy Walter.
