This woman holds a special place in the hearts of all the people that worked with her at Summit/Time Warner/Spectrum Cable. She was always worried about the phones being answered, wasn’t a day that went by that she wasn’t saying “the phones are backed up” I need you on the phones”. It became her legacy, not one of us will ever forget! She was always welcoming us to her home, it just won’t be the same riding by her house now. “Kayla Mayla” you will be missed terribly. Love you my friend, rest in peace, we got the phones.
